At SirensAnchorage, every item is made to order. To reduce waste and environmental impact, we do not hold inventory or mass-produce stock. Each product is created specifically for you after purchase.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products (Print on Demand)

All SirensAnchorage products are custom printed on demand once your order is confirmed. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection or personal preference

  • We do not hold warehouse stock

This approach aligns with sustainable production practices and reduces unnecessary waste.

48-Hour Order Hold (Changes & Cancellations)

To ensure fairness and flexibility, we place a 48-hour hold on all orders after purchase.

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you may:

  • Cancel your order for a full refund

  • Request a size change

  • Request a design or item correction (if applicable)

After 48 hours, your order is sent to production and can no longer be changed, cancelled, refunded, or returned.

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is faulty or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If an item is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping costs may apply.

Legal Compliance Notice

European Union (EU)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), custom-made or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. SirensAnchorage products fall under this exemption.

United States (USA)

US consumer law allows sellers to define return policies for made-to-order products. Our policy complies with FTC guidelines for transparent disclosure.

Australia (ACL)

Under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not required for change of mind. However, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults or defects, which we fully honour.

Size Guide & Fit Disclaimer

Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing, as sizing issues are not eligible for refunds or returns once production begins.
