By accessing or purchasing from Siren's Anchorage, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Overview

Siren's Anchorage operates an online store offering print-on-demand, made-to-order products. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or

  • You have permission from a legal guardian

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Model

All Siren's Anchorage products are:

  • Produced only after purchase

  • Printed on demand

  • Not stocked or warehoused

Because each item is created specifically for the customer, purchases are considered custom-made goods.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour or placement may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

3. Ordering, Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct size selection

  • Accurate shipping information

  • Correct order details before confirmation

We provide size charts and product details to assist with purchasing decisions. Failure to review this information does not constitute grounds for a refund once production has begun.

4. 48-Hour Order Hold (Cancellations & Changes)

We place a 48-hour hold on all orders after purchase.

Within this 48-hour window, you may:

  • Cancel your order

  • Request size or order changes

After 48 hours, orders are sent to production and cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or returned, except where required by law.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

You agree that:

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Taxes and shipping fees may apply depending on your location

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only.

Sirens' Anchorage is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon shipment, except where consumer law states otherwise.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence

Verified claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection or preference

This is compliant with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive exemptions for custom-made goods

  • US FTC disclosure standards

  • Australian Consumer Law provisions for change-of-mind exclusions

Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, graphics, and content on Sirens' Anchorage are the intellectual property of Sirens' Anchorage.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Use for commercial purposes

Without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site for:

  • Unlawful purposes

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Attempting to interfere with site security or functionality

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siren's Anchorage shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
